Removing & re-adding account in stock mail app iOS

You can use this guide to remove and then re-add an email account on the included mail app for IOS. 

Removing Mail Account: 

1. From the home screen please tap the settings icon
2. Scroll down and tap 'Mail' or 'Mail Contacts & calendars' 
3. Then navigate to 'Accounts' at the top of the page. 
4. Tap the account you want to remove.
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and then tap delete account. 
6. You'll then be asked to confirm, please then tap 'Delete from My iPhone' 

Adding Mail Account to IOS: 

1. From the Home screen, choose Settings.
   
2. Next, tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
3. In the Accounts section, tap Add Account.
4. Choose your email account type (Check type with Cilix). 

   

5. Enter your account information. We can provide you with this information if required.

You may be prompted to add more information, if so you will see the below window and you will need to  enter more information. We can provide you with this information if you don't know it.

Once the email configuration is added, tap Next to continue.

1. Choose what information you want to sync with your phone and tap Save to save the entered information. Your iPhone will then verify your account information. 
   
2. Upon successful completion, you will be taken back to the Mail screen. Your account will now be listed in the Accounts section & the Mail App.
