- Navigate to the mail app, this can be done by going to: https://outlook.office365.com/ and entering your login details.
- It can also be done by going to https://portal.office365.com/login entering your login details and then clicking the mail app under the ‘Use online apps’ section.
- You can also find mail by click the blue square in the top left corner of the screen and click ‘mail’
- If you’re replying to an email, then please skip to step 5. If you’re creating an email, then please click ‘New’ and then Add-ins.
- You should now see a menu appear from the right, please click the harmon.ie.
- Next you can navigate to the file you want to send and click the ‘+’ you will be asked if you want to add it as an attachment or a link.
- If you want to attach a file when you’re replying to an email, then please select the email you want to reply to and then click the 5th button to the right of discard, once you’ve clicked this see step 3.
