1. Connect to your Superhub 2 using your preferred browser (default IP 192.168.0.1)2. Log in to the Superhub 2 (login details are on the Superhub 2 if you've not changed them from defaults)3. Click on the Super Hub Settings button4. Select Firewall from the Security section5. Tick the box for the VPN Pass-Through method required (normally PPTP Pass-Through but check with Cilix if you are unsure)6. Click Apply7. Log out of the Supehub 2 and test the VPN connectionNotesOnly make the change detailed in these instructions, changing other settings may have undesirable consequences that require help from Virgin to resolve or may reduce the security of devices that use the Superhub 2 for internet access.
