This guide will show you how to check your message quarantine using your Message Security account.
- Navigate to Message Security
- Enter your work email address, and the password that you use to login to your PC (If this doesn't work, we can change it for you)
- Once you've logged in, you should see 'Common Tasks' on the left-hand side.
- Please click on 'View your quarantine'
- You should now see a list of emails that have been flagged as spam, to release an email please tick the box on the far left, and then click release.
