Microsoft requires you to provide your Office 365 email address and password on a regular basis in order to access your SharePoint Document Libraries from File Explorer on your Windows PC/laptop.
You may receive an 'Access Denied' error (as shown below) if you haven't signed into SharePoint and used the 'Open with Explorer' feature recently.

To try and prevent this from happening we recommend that you repeat the above process at least twice a week, ideally once every two days.
