This article will guide you through collaborating on documents in SharePoint.
- Navigate to the Office 365 Portal.
- Navigate to your TeamSite (Instructions here)
- Navigate to the document you want to use the collaboration features with.
- Next, tick the document (as above)
- Now please click the 'Open' icon in the left of the menu bar (as above).
- If you can now click 'Open in Excel Online', this will open a new tab with the document in, it will allow you and someone else to work on the document at the same time.
Please note that this functionality is only available in the online version of Office, and not the version installed on your PCs.
