Logging Out of a Remote Server

We always recommend that you log out of the remote server when you're finished working, this is because sessions that are suspended (when you use the 'x' at the top of the screen) use up the remote server's resources which can result in poor performance.

Logging out of the remote server: 

1. Save and close any work you have open.
2. Click the start button, in the bottom left of the screen. 
3. To the right of the search box, please click 'Log Off' 
4. If asked for confirmation, please choose 'Yes'.
